A member of the Reconciling Ministries Network, the BeMORE small group meets on Monday evenings beginning at 7 p.m. at the home of Deanna McCulley. Together, this group explores scripture and challenges one another to live the essence of what Christ calls us to be. This is a space to simply be, explore, question, and reflect among others who seek the same unconditional grace. For more information on location, please connect the church office or e-mail Deanna McCulley at dmuculley(at)equitableco.com.
Spiritual Journey Conversations
We meet in the church Library (Room 203) on the second floor every Sunday from 9:30-10:20. Our purpose is to encourage each other along our respective spiritual paths, recognizing that conformity in thinking or belief is not a goal or expectation, with the example and teaching of Jesus as a primary guide for holistic living. One of us facilitates the conversation but we to not follow traditional teaching scripts. No question or insight is out-of-bounds. We start with the premise that no one of us has answers for the others except out of our individual experiences; what works for one may not work for others. Also, that best answers for each individual come from within, aided by the process of dialog with others willing to join us in a deepening and widening spiritual journey. We listen, we express, we learn, we grow, each in our own way. Topics may be decided in advance or determined contemporaneously.
